This course guides middle school through young adult students through self-discovery, career exploration, and real-world exposure. Through personality assessments, skill evaluations, career simulations, job shadowing opportunities, and interactive workshops, students will gain clarity about what they’re good at and how those strengths connect to real professions.

Students will explore questions like:

• What are my natural strengths and talents?

• What environments do I thrive in?

• What careers align with my personality and values?

• What education or training is required?

• What does a “day in the life” actually look like?
