Que Wallace is the heart and visionary behind Dreamer University, a non-profit youth development and outreach organization built on purpose, faith, and legacy. Que is a certified life purpose coach, youth advocate, and mother of three, Que is currently completing her Bachelor's in Psychology and Business while actively working at the local high school to support students in real, impactful ways. Her journey hasn’t been traditional—but it’s been intentional. A lover of the creative arts and a bold believer in Jesus Christ, Que credits her faith as the foundation for every move she makes. Listening to God’s voice and trusting His guidance has shaped her mission: to help young people grow beyond the classroom and into the purpose God designed for them.

Dreamer University was created in honor of her late mother, who passed away in 2022. Her mom lovingly called her “the dreamer,” always believing Que would one day do something meaningful for her community. That belief became the blueprint. Today, Dreamer University exists not just to coach, but to cultivate, to create safe spaces where students can build life skills, discover their identity, and feel seen, heard, and empowered. Every program is a seed planted in love and legacy, with the hope that her work continues to make her mother proud.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give  you a hope and a future.”

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
